Located prominently off of Highway 1 in Lower Cove, NB (just outside Sussex), Brownsville Farms is a 400-head multi-generation dairy farm.  After years of growth and expansion, the Brown family wished to make a quantum leap in efficiency and replace their old herringbone parlour with a modern rotary.

Rural Roots worked closely with Boumatic designers in Wisconsin, the local dealer and the Brown family to develop a design that balanced the needs of the cattle, the equipment and the employees.  Additionally, structural engineering was provided for the foundation of the pre-engineered steel building.
